Kangoku Raptor released
Caramba40 released

Shipping of products for area fishing already introduced in the web and print catalogs will soon begin. The Kangoku Raptor is a high-appeal spoon for targeting highly active fish. In a change from the original plan for only one model, we will be releasing 2 models with the same silhouette but different weights and thicknesses. Caramba40 is a down-sized version of the popular Caramba50 which is known to work so well on shy trout. Now it is even easier to use in ponds with smaller fish. Both are set to be in stores in early September.

Bungy Cast released

The Bungy Cast is born. A lip-less minnow that is great for hitting far-off boil-ups but still swims when slowly retrieved. Great for land-based and off-shore fishing. To be in stores in early September.

New Summer/Fall colors in Range Vib 70/90

The highly acclaimed Range Vib 70ES/90ES are being released in 10 new colors. We have gathered strong performing colors such as the standard chrome base and the semi-transparent clear mist base. 70ES is expected on shelves in August and 90ES between September and October.

Kotono coming soon

A downsized version of our cast and catch easy fishing top water plug "Tono", called "Kotono", is on the way. Whether going for small mouth or trout feeding on spring cicadas, pond trout rising at dusk, or just fun-fishing in shallow surf or around the rocks, this is one handy plug. Of course, it's so cute you could carry it as a charm too lol. But first, get your hands on one and check this cutie out. Available in stores in early May.

Kariboso Jig coming soon

Bassday's Masashi Kawashima and its original creator Kaneo Matsuda have recreated the handmaid Kariboso Jig. We increased its proven effectiveness and, through mass production, have made it easier to get. Expected to be on shelves in mid June.

Kangoku Shad and Umibaku Shad full model change

We are re-releasing Kangoku Shad and ORC Umibaku Shad after a full model change. We shrank them from their original 45mm to 40mm make them even easier to use on shy pond trout and average sized black rockfish. Their action is a lifelike wobble and roll that responds to a wide range of retrieve speeds, from fast to slow. Both are expected to be on shelves in early March.

Range Metal newly released

At only 32mm and 5.6g, the small but heavy Range Metal has been just been released. With two holes each for the hook and line (snap) eyes, it is easy to tune the swimming style. The moving rear fin appeals strongly when the lure is falling. Expected to be on shelves in late February.

ORC Range Vib 45ES newly released

Even from the development stage we had trout fishing in mind for Range Vib 45ES and now ORC versions are available with trout colors. Only the colors are new so it can be used for trout or sea fishing, giving a wider color selection. Expected to be on shelves in February.

Sugar 2/3 Deep SG85F newly released
Cherry Salmon Selection in one color set

The Sugar 2/3 Deep SG85F is expected to be on shelves from late December. With its Two Thirds Lip, which has a surface area 2/3s the size of  Sugar Deep 90F, and our Shaft Glider System, it will make hitting the right depth even more precise.

In addition, a common color series for Sugar 2/3 Deep SG85F, Sugar Deep 80F, 90F, 90F Rigid, Sugar Deep Short Bill 85F, Sugar Minnow SG90F, Sugar Minnow Drift Twitcher 85S, 100S will be released as Cherry Salmon Selection. This will make a more systematic approach to Cherry Salmon possible. The new colors are expected to become available from between late December and January.

Range Vib 45ES Newly Released

 
The Range Vib family keeps getting bigger. This time, the smallest model in the family comes out at 45mm. It was dynamite on Japanese Black Porgy on Lake Hamana this summer. Of course it will be great on Seabass and also trout and small trevally. This lure will broaden the fun of light game fishing. Expected to be on shelves at the end of November.

Range Vibe 80ES Newly Released

An 80mm version has just been added to the Range Vibe range which is already a standard salt water vibration. The perfect size to fill the gap between the 70 and 90mm sizes for when size matching is getting difficult. Works well as a pilot lure for Japanese seabass fishing on light tackle too. To be in stores in early October.

Area version released for SUGAR DEEP and SUGAR MINNOW SLIM.

The SUGAR DEEP Area is a renewal of the 35F Area Edition. The colors have been renewed and we added the 50F to the line up. SUGAR MINNOW SLIM Area arrives in 55F and 70F. Uses our MZ-19 eShifting Center of Gravityf so is perfect even for those who prefer natural fishing points and are not satisfied with the casting distance of solid models. Both will be shipped in September.

We have added 5 new colors to the Tachi Metal, the essential jig for big saber fish. We are also releasing eKeimuraf colors using clear UV reactant eKeimuraf paint. New colors in the SUGAR DEEP Series
Announcement of new pricing

In preperation for the New Year's Cherry Salmon season, we release new colors in the SUGAR DEEP (35F, 50F, 70F, 80F, 90F, 90F Solid) and SUGAR DEEP SHORT BILL (75F, 85F) series. We plan to start shipping in December. At the same time, we have updated the catalogue color variation page in advance.
In addition, we have revised pricing in response to the sharp increase in the cost of raw materials. We ask for your understanding.
